Potential Earnings From Your Property.

• Potentially you could earn from your property anything between £200 - £3000 per 12 hour day shoot, sensitive properties may obtain a higher fee.
• The above are approx figures and it is very much down to the detail of the enquiry (how much time on-site, how much disruption and the overall budget of the production.)
• Not all enquiries are for the whole day - some may request only a few hours on site, so for shorter shoots its possible to charge a half day or hourly rate for access. An hourly rate would range from £75 -£200 per hour for the smaller shoots
• Prep and Strike days would be charged at between a 1/3 and a 1/2 of the daily filming rate. Overtime rates are also charged should the production overrun and this is set at a pre-agreed rate.

 For your registration with Locate a Location you will receive:

• Photographs of your property on our Website
• Marketing of your property within the industries via agencies, advertising, direct mail, newsletters and our personal contacts
• Negotiation of location hire fees
• Guidance on provision of contracts with the hirer
• Guidance on provision by hirer of site and public liability insurance
• Guidance prior to a shoot

If you do not have suitable photographs of your property we can visit to take them.

If necessary a member of our team can be on site during the hire period.
